      User Response: This is very safe area. The residents , best to steer clear of them. People rent and cause all sorts of problems due to their own insecurities and for not having anything else to do. They feel they need a resident manager or daily manager on site. This is our second HUD and yes they lease to people that are unstable to some degree. As for theft very safe and police response is quick. The property manager is trying to handle everything.

      User Response: Very Safe. Has reputation for the women being mean but they are older and gossip quite a bit but once you get to know everyone fairly nice. Just keep out drama and mind your own business. They have started walking some.

      User Response: Everything except cable but you get Senior Discount. This is 62 years or older community. There is not a maintenance in place as of yet. They had one but amidst a change.

      User Response: It is conveniently located to doctors, hospitals, pharmacy, grocery, discount stores, and is not the sweetest scenery when you enter main road but the road around apartments are trees, some homes and we have seen deer. Pretty and clean
