Woodland Village is a low income community located in Goffstown, NH, the community features modern open-concept flats and townhome floorplans.

Please be sure to understand the income requirements for the various housing options before applying. There are 63 affordable housing opportunities (with income restrictions) and 11 two-bedroom market rate apartments (no income restrictions).
There is a different application form/process for the affordable vs market rate apartments, be sure to select the correct application based on your income.

Rates & Income limits subject to change. Minimum income is 2.5 times the gross annual rent (tenant rent + utilities).

A utility allowance will be given for the tenant-paid electric.

Housing Vouchers are accepted and satisfy the minimum income requirement.

Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in New Hampshire, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
