Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Georgia, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    This place is a scam they abuse section 8 voucher holders by forcing u to pay extra money by making fake faulty pipes and bath tub plumbimg that u pay for or you get evicted an u lost your voucher is how the rent office tells you. We refused to sign any of the lease... So they are illegaly holding onto hundreds of dollars for 1st months rent and for security deposit=so we never sign a lease but they want to keep all of the 1st months rent and deposit even though we never moved in.... No lease.... No agreement... No move-in date... Never moved in.... But they have not yet returned funds... Dishonest people. Stay away from this company at all cost!
