I would not recommend this property to anyone. Your rights and privacy are violated everyday you live there. You are made to feel insignificant and are manipulated into the executive director controlling your life. Those who have live there have gone to the albany housing board of commissioners but they do not support the tenants. Hud has been notified and they have not taken any action either. Everyone lives in fear.
