Silver Creek offers the best amenities for the active family in the Tri-Cities area.  The beautiful three-story building located 15 minutes from downtown shopping and 10 minutes from fine dining.   Silver Creek is conveniently close to a bus route for medical facilities, shopping and recreation.   There are 48 one-bedroom, 75 two-bedroom, 66 three-bedroom, and 53 four-bedroom affordable apartment homes at Silver Creek with 4 spacious floor plans to choose from.  Some apartments are handicap accessible and contain modifications. We offer on-site management for your added convenience.

1 bedroom apartments: 1 bath. rates starting at $508 per month with $200 security and application fee.

2 bedroom apartments: 2 bath, rates starting at $599 per month with $200 security and application fee.

3 bedroom apartments: 2 bath, rates starting at $684 per month with $200 security and application fee.

4 bedroom apartments: 2 bath, rates starting at $750 per month with $200 security and application fee.

Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Washington, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
