      User Response: Yes, usually one breed, with Dr approval or for a $300 deposit with approval by management.

      User Response: One pet per resident usually. Must be breed and weight approved. Also must be companion animal approved or approval through manager. Pet deposit unless doctor signed therapy companion animal to show animal is needed for your mental well being and or disability service animal.

      User Response: Management is required to do background check of an tenants on premises. Since this requirement is in place it insures the safety of the elderly and disabled population

      User Response: If you like small town quiet living then this is a good place. This town is more of ideal place for older retired. Hospital is small with specialist clinics as specialists come from city. Only three medical doctors in town. Two dentists. Two counselors. 1 mental health. Two vets. Two grocery stores. One walmart. Dollar tree. Dollar store. Highscool. Junior high. Elementary. Small movie theater.
