Monthly Rates Residents of The Village of Oakland Woods receive rental subsidies from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. If you are 62 years of age or older and meet the specified income limits, your rent is based on 30% of your adjusted gross annual income. Residents with a Pontiac address receive preference on the wait list.
Apartments include electric stove, disposal, refrigerator, and a private patio. Rent includes snow removal and lawn care.
Refundable security deposit is equal to one months rent.
Added amenities include air conditioning units, gas heat, vertical blinds, a complimentary 24-hour personal emergency response system, planned social activities and weekly transportation to shopping.
Utilities, phone and cable are not included in monthly rates.
