This is an affordable housing community. Our rent is subject to TCAC set asides.

We do participate in the section 8 housing voucher program.

All applicants must pass a credit and criminal background check in order to be considered for a unit. The applicant must submit a $35 fee in the form of a cashier's check or money order for EVERY ADULT member of the applying household, cash will not be accepted. Our resident selection plan has more information on what will and will not disqualify your application.

WE REQUIRE 2 CONSECUTIVE YEARS OF RENTAL HISTORY. That means that you are in a lease and can show proof of payment in the form of money orders or cashiers checks. There IS a waiting list, however none of the applicants on our list qualify for the units available. The application process is a timely one and may take several weeks to complete. Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in California, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
