Cedar Springs Place and Addition are Low Rent Public Housing Communities for families that are operated by the City of Dallas Housing Authority. These properties consist of 402 apartments combined and offer a Head Start Program, an Eye Clinic, a Home Study Center, a Playground and Laundry Facilities. These rentals are income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD. You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
