This extraordinary building, constructed in 1856, caters to elderly and disabled tenants, but also accepts family applicants. We offer a lounge area, large community room with free cable television, kitchen, stove, and microwave. There are public restrooms, on-site laundry facilities, and elevator. The 34 spacious one-bedroom apartments each has its own unique floor plan. Heat and A/C, electric, water, sewer, and garbage are included in rent. Lewis & Clark, Contact Center, and Impact clients are encouraged to apply.
