Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, The Congress Building was originally constructed as an office building with 21 stories and five bays in 1925. Today, the high-rise community, located in the heart of downtown Miami, consists of affordable rental units and ground floor retail space that includes four commercial units totaling approximately 6,000 square feet. The Congress Building offers excellent views and provides onsite management. It is equipped with a leasing office, a community center, and exercise room and a laundry facility.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
