Central Park Towers is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Kansas, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: No I haven't lived here 6 months and my apartment was broken into. The management is the problem! Granted some people may have something to say about the tenants but they are actually the nicest people! You can't judge a book by it's cover! I have had so many problems with management and they are the ones that don't actually care about their tenants!
