User Response: Don't rent at this place. The landlord and the owners are rude and nosey. The manager gets in your personal private life all the time. All they care about is making money. And people who are on low income get treated the worst. The landlord discriminates you and falsely accuse you of things. This place has greatly gone down hill since new ownership and management. The area of town is nice.

User Response: Terrible place to live since the management company change. The manager does not about the condition of the grounds. Building lights have been out for 2 years. Wont do anything about electrical or plumbing problems. Besides that the place is decent.
