St. James Residence is an 18 story building consisting of 148 very spacious one bedroom apartment homes that are ideal for active seniors.

The building is centrally located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach near the Intracoastal Waterway. St. James is only a short distance from a five square block shopping center, many wonderful restaurants and the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. There is a hospital nearby, and it's only a few blocks walk to banks and the library. There is also close access to public transportation for those who want to venture out further in the community.

- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
