Management, Tenant Relations, and Maintenance staff on site. Live-in Superintendent. Weekly BINGO, exercise classes twice weekly, lectures, parties, weekly bus to grocery store via GBT. In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
