- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: yes they seem to be with the required fire alarms and there could be other saftey measures im not aware of yet bcause i dont move in till late april and i havent went over all the details yet

      User Response: yes one pet is allowed and there is a pet deposit but the landady will work out with u so u dont have to pay it all at once. it is broke down to just so much a month until paid off.

      User Response: all utilities are included except for cable and internet , and phone. and u pay for the washers and dryers which are the latest machines as far as i cant tell by just looking at them and there are many so u should never have to wait for either.
