- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: They are sliding scale income based, strictly enforced. If you lie and get caught you risk eviction and will have to pay restitution. They don’t play around there. The more you make the more you pay.

      User Response: Lived there from September 2011 to November 2015 and we had no security issues and felt very safe there. Lots of elderly and young families and those who didn’t abide by the rules were removed, promptly.
