      User Response: In spite of a multi-million dollar renovation in 2017, the property is still a dump. Management is also a joke.

    I've lived at rose garden townhouses for a substantial amount of time. Prior to fpi purchasing the property in 2019, i had no complaints; however, things have substantially gone down hill since they took over. The on-site manager is a joke and hands down the worst out of all of her predecessors; and she not only refuses to do her job as it relates to the benefit of the community, but flat out ignores tenant concerns (and i won't even get started on how lazy maintenance is). This is a hud subsidized property; and due to the deplorable condition of some units, we failed more than one governmental inspection in 2019; and because of that, i thought that the place was going to be shut down. I could post more, but i'll just end it here by saying do yourself a favor and don't waste your time applying to live here, because there are much better low-income options out there.
