This a large 3 bedroom, double parlor first floor apartment.
It has a washer and dryer in the pantry (NOT COIN-OP)
There are two steps to enter your hallway door and then unlock and open your apartment door. Two bedrooms are off the kitchen and one is off the first parlor. There is also a utility closet in the kitchen for brooms etc. Parking is on street overnight in the front and in the winter when there is a parking ban you may park in the rear parking lot to the house. (You may park in the rear all the time if you choose - but it is not convenient as you must come up the side street to the house) If you are interested please call and we may discuss any questions you have.
