User Response: Kind of. Second hand smoke is bad, especially on the first floor.
Are Pets allowed? Please let us know any details.
User Response: Depends on who you are. Manger has 3, including a large dog. Another renter has a larger dog as well. Rest of us are only allowed to have a cat if it's declawed.
Which utilities are included in the rent?
User Response: All utilities are included. This excludes cable, internet and phone.
