Pilgrim Terrace is an affordable senior community comprised of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. The property serves low to very-low income households. Mortgage financing was provided by HUD and Prudential Mortgage Capital. Low Income Housing Tax Credits were acquired by Union Bank.
Renovation highlights include: new cool roofs, energy efficient windows, sliding glass doors, wood trim replacement, paint, water heaters, furnaces, site lighting, signage, improvements to site accessibility, paving and landscaping. Kitchens and bathrooms received new cabinets, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, paint, flooring and lighting.
