Pikes Peak Properties is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. Pikes Peak Properties are one bedroom and two bedroom units for eligible families, elderly/disabled applicants. Tenants will pay 30% of their gross income for rent and some apartments are responsible for paying their electric bill depending upon the location. Pikes Peak Properties are located at two different locations and have four apartments per building. They offer off street parking as well as two handicapped accessible units. Participants are required to have an annual inspection.
