Hamilton Crossing is the GATEWAY into the beautiful city of Ypsilanti. Located at I-94 and South Hamilton Street if offers access to US-12, I-94, and US-23. Our residents are within minutes of St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, U of M Medical Center, Eastern Michigan University, Washtenaw Community College, and the University of Michigan. A short walk downtown is where you will find great restaurants, banking, variety shops, coffee houses, municipal facilities, the district library, and fantastic entertainment. For added convenience Hamilton Crossing is situated on the AATA public transportation line and within a few miles of Detroit Metropolitan Airport, Willow Run Airport, and the Amtrak train station.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
