The landscaping is professionally maintained by Carabetta's 24 hour Maintenance Team who implement a plan to provide seasonal color year-round. Residents enjoy FREE heat and hot water, ample off-street parking and full basements for extra storage. Children can enjoy the outdoors at the property's onsite playscape. In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
