User Response: PVT is a small complex with 76 units arranged in four-plex single-story buildings. Each apt is about 480sq ft and contains a living room, bedroom, very small kitchen, large walk-in pantry, and bathroom with tub/shower combo (with hose) and accessible sink. There is one small coat closet and a slightly larger bedroom closet. Air conditioning/heating is provided by a window unit. There are emergency alert pull cords in the bedroom and bathroom, but they only sound a local alarm at the unit. Generally, the managers are responsive to residents. However, the general manager will not control the behavior of the maintenance supervisor and this causes upset among the residents.
