- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: U don’t pay anything the tax payers do and the city is indebted even with the government grant for allowing an unmonitored mental institution in a residential neighbor . The funding is meant for veterans not one veteran placed in their its all canton homeless overflow rejects that get outta prison and get a feee chance ican just throws ya in a unit and whack u live somewhere
