Apache Manor is a Public Housing Community that is owned and operated by the Tulsa Housing Authority, This community is located on North Marion Avenue near East Xyler Street. They have an on-site Laundry Facility and are close to shopping at the Springdale Shopping Center and Wharehouse Market. The schools currently zoned for the community are Jackson Elementary, Hamilton Middle School and Rogers High School. There may be a waiting list for rentals in this community. Please contact the Housing Authority for more information about availability and application procedures uf you are interested in renting at this location.

      User Response: no. very dangerous. a child was murdered here last year. and they allow people to keep pit bulls that run wild on the property and attack children at the bus stop every day.

      User Response: the lease says you can only have a dog under ten pounds, but many apartments have dangerous pit bulls, and management allows it

      User Response: The apartments are extremely ghetto. I lived there with my daughter and spouse. And was assaulted outside of my home because my spouse wore shorts outside.

    I need a one or two bedroom for me i'm on disability and fixed income ,my ssi disability and was told you had some one bedroom available for someone like me that would love to live in your community, would be honored to live in your complex. I won't let you down plus be an asset to your community i love to volunteer and help in any way possible and in my way of showing appreciation.
