Paul E. Belcher North and South are Low Rent Senior Public Housing Developments that are operated by the Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority. The North property was built in 1968 and the South property was built in 1970. Belcher North consists of 155 rentals  and Belcher South consists of 74 rentals.
