User Response: They don't clean the hallways, elevators or doors. It says a non smoking building but the elevator smells like cigarettes all the time. The lady in the office is absolutely useless. If anything happens to anything in the building she does nothing about it. The washing machine has been out of commission for awhile on his floor. The only things she's there to do is log who doesn't wear a mask otherwise she sits on her phone in the back office all day. Its an absolute horrible place to live. Most of the people that live here are at least decent.

This is a very dangerous place to live, especially with all this covid happening. The floors don't get swept or mopped, there's been a spot in the hallway for about 5 months now that needs mopped. The dirt is sticking to the sides of the floor in the hallways its so bad. The elevators and doors are never cleaned and constantly smell like cigarettes even though its a non smoking building. The lady that sits in the office is only there to write down the people who aren't wearing a mask (i doubt she knows everyone's name, so pointless) if anything breaks down or you need to give papers to the head honcho here she can't help you. And thats what she says "i'm sorry, i can't help you thats jot my job" she's working at a home with old disabled people who barely even know how to work a computer or even walk. You'd think she'd try and help in anyway, but no. She sits on her phone and yells at people to put a mask on. Thats it, yet won't bother to have the maintenance people do any cleaning and sanitizing like they're supposed to. Washing machine has been down for several days now and nothings happened to fix it. I really wouldn't be surprised if a covid breakout happened here. Its a filthy place. The residents are at least nice, well most of them.
