In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: Basically. Lots of pot smokers, small time drug dealers hanging around. No real or serious crime. Lots of “therapy” dogs on the property but mainly kept inside

      User Response: Property keeps changing hands, management is mostly non existent. Honestly it’s a pretty self contained community out of necessity. Maintenance is spotty at best.
