You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    Hello, i recently was granted disability and recieved a list of income based apartments from my case manager. I am going thro the list and it says you cater to those who have disabilities. I am looking for a studio- 1 bedroom. Must have a kitchen. Let me know if you have anything available and how this process works with disability.
