Beacon 360 Management manages the East Newark Urban Community Redevelopment Corporation Apartment Complex (E.N.C.U.R.C.) which provides affordable housing to eligible families and seniors located in the East end of Newark, OH. Our apartment complexes are located at 365 Eastern Avenue (Elderly 62 years of age and older/18-61 years of age with a disability) and the townhomes located on South Cedar St., Baker Dr., Simms Ave., Washington St., Henderson Ave., and Mill St. (Family housing). We offer one, two, three and four bedroom apartments and accessible units. The household rent is based upon 30% of the household's adjusted gross income. E.N.C.U.R.C. and Beacon 360 Management have extended its partnership opportunities to work with public entities in an effort to provide decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing to eligible families and seniors in the community.
