This is the worst apartment building i have ever lived in. It is a fire hazard, the hot water won't get hot unless all the faucets in your apartment are on and then it's scalding; the heater is so old it doesn't cycle; a lot of the windows won't open; the carpeting is indoor-outdoor; the walls crack and creak continuously especially at night when it's quiet; there is a bully woman who has lived here for 14 years that gossips and bad mouths to the point most of the tenants refuse to use the community room. She put her own personal chair at the head of the table and god help you if you sit on it. Like others, i'll be leaving as soon as possible and pray for the poor souls left here.
