You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: No theres mold in the bathroom celling walls. Air gets threw the window seals. Kitchen cabinet door fall off from henges easily. Alot of ants and especially spiders all year round.Alot of drug criminal activity going on. Manager is never in office when she's suppose to be on days of hours shown on door and she will raise rent without notice. Maintnence guy looks threw windows of tenants.

      User Response: it's a place to live but still hard to get by when being overcharged on rent. Manager refuses to show how the calculations, give rent receipts when requested and copy of yearly recertification papers. Managers are dishonest & have absolutely no knowledge how to properly run and handle section 8 HUD property. They need a Manager that's properly trained and certified!
