    On wednesday, august 8th, at 3:30pm my 91 year old mother came into the lobby of the dupont street senior housing with her two aides to use the lobby bathroom. Much to my astonishment she was denied access to the bathroom and were escorted out by the guard and was threatened that they are going to call the police on them. I am not only extremely disappointed in this treatment, but appalled and disgusted by this in humane treatment especially when my tax dollars finance this building and the employees who work there. This is unacceptable. I demand an immediate investigation, explanation and apology.
