You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    So many broken things that don't get fixed. I lived there for 7 weeks now, my hood vent still doesn't work. They just keep telling me that "the part is on back order". They won't swap it out for a working hood vent fan in one of the unrented apartments. They hardly ever shovel or put salt down. They do a terrible job plowing, leaving heaps of snow behind your vehicle so your stuck there. Four washers and four dryers for 58 units. Two of the washers have been broke since my second week here. They keep telling us that they will put in dog waste stations, but still nothing. Not worth the $831 that i pay to live here. Renters beware of this place.
