      User Response: Yes your rent is according to your income, let's say if you make $1,000 a month your rent will be around $200 if you qualify for the subsidies.

      User Response: Yes I would say that they are safe, front doors are locked, you have automatic door closer on every door. Cameras in hallways and outside of buildings.

      User Response: That depends on which building you live in, some apartments have there own boiler and hot water tank, some apartments the heat is included.

      User Response: Yes I know the area, for the most part it's a pretty good place to live. The other tenants are usually friendly, they mind there business and you mind yours.
