      User Response: No it’s disgusting. People are scared to even ask to get your apartment fixed cause I think they’re gonna get evicted and the shipping turned down the roaches in bed and in is nasty. I live here for 20 years and there’s been so many changes.

    I am interested in your low cost apartments. I presently live in new york state. But am planning to move to scranton in a couple of months. I am on social security benefits.
