Households applying for affordable units must meet the income and age requirements per the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), in place at time of application. South Forty Apartments is Conveniently located near Medical Professional clinics, Restaurants, Banking, Parks, Grocery stores, Shopping and Public transportation.

1. All units will be rented in accordance with applicable fair housing laws;

3. The marketing and advertising of units for occupancy and notifying clients and potential residents of the availability of units will be conducted in a non-discriminatory manner and will comply with the Fair Housing Advertising regulations set forth in 24 CFR Section 109, et seq.

Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Montana, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
