      User Response: All utilities included. You pay 10 dollars for cable, which is included in your rent. Phone and wifi paid by tenant .

      User Response: This property is located in the heart of the city.It is within walking distance of city hall,the public library,social security,music fest,irs ,many restaurants andHotel Bethlehem. 2 blocksfrom Bethlehem transportation center on Broad and Geop sts.Too many ammenities to mention.,
