Located near both Rosedale and Maplewood shopping centers, this newly renovated development has two and three bedroom town homes that have many amenities to offer. In addition to central air conditioning, there is an on site playground and central laundry facility. There is off-street parking, 24 hour maintenance, water and trash removal is included with rent.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
