Trinity Apartments is a high-rise designed for adults 62 years of age and older. Nestled a quiet neighborhood in South Minneapolis, the apartments offer great views of both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Rent includes heat, garbage, water & sewer. There are in-house laundry facilities, and comfortable atrium lounges on several floors. All apartments are equipped with refrigerator, stove and garbage disposal. Trinity Apartments are conveniently located within walking distance to churches, shopping, restaurants and a library. A large dining room offers affordable meal during the week. Trinity Apartments also has two tub rooms, a library and off-street parking. As an added amenity, a dairy service brings fresh food and dairy products for purchase to the building on a weekly basis. Call the site office for availability and application information.

Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Minnesota, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    My aunt in her early 90\'s lives here & absolutely loves it!! When i go to visit, security is top priority in the building! Very friendly residents! On tuesday evenings, they have bingo games for the residents & prizes are that of necessities they can use in their apt homes! They have other various social events, foodshare, etc! I highly recommend trinity senior apartments!! :) :)
