Albertville Meadows Apartments and Townhomes offers 74 low income one, two and three bedroom units. This is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit community and will have rent and income restrictions based on the Area Median Income.

Our community includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes with access to an outdoor pool and playground. Dishwashers and on-site laundry. Located in Albertville, MN we are near the popular Albertville Outlet Mall, as well as a short drive away from the Minneapolis metro area.


Applicants must meet the following income qualifications: The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required. Albertville Meadows participates in an affordable housing program.

Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Minnesota, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
