 Here at M&M Housing we try to offer clean and very affordable living. We recognize that doing this time of struggle many are without homes. So, we have set aside 2 properties which we can rent rooms. These are large rooms with sharing of the bathroom and kitchen. There is NO smoking on the property and the rooms MUST stay clean. The rooms are unfurnished and all utilities are included. The rooms are priced from $350-450. We understand that most persons going to a center for help cannot afford to pay for a deposit, so with this in mind we wave the deposit fee. The deposit fee can only be waived if the person has shown to have a great financial need and has a recommendation letter. Please feel free to use us when persons may need a home. Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Maryland, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
