Royal Oak Township Housing Commission provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of Low Rent Public Housing. In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    Hi, i had called today around 4pm. I spoke with a female. I assume she was a secretary. I believe her name was ramira. I just felt she was rude and unwillingly didn't want to listen to me. I wanted to speak with a manager or a director there. She refuse and took my name and number. I doubt she wrote it down. I expect some proffesiionalism and respect. Also i couldn't hardly hear her. There was to much static on the phone. I was telling her that but she didn't care to listen. At this point i want to speak with someone on charge of this place or i will file a complaint with the attorney general office or civil rights dept.
