      User Response: Marine Terrace is a low income housing tax credit property. All rents are dependent on income limits. Most, if not all, current residents receive rental assistance under the HUD Section 8 Program.

      User Response: There are no window guards and the intercom does not work during the rain.

      User Response: Yes. Current renovations & the fact that the property if privately owned, results in a much more compliant approach. Apartments may be deemed unsafe if tenants fail to maintain them in a decent, safe & sanitary condition.
