Lincoln Place Subsidized Apartments is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. Lincoln Place Apartments is located in Mahtomedi, close to both the Twin Cities and Stillwater. This 2 and 3 bedroom apartment development has recently been renovated to offer residents beautifully updated apartments. There is off street parking, laundry facilities and all utilities (except phone and cable) are included with the rent. There is an on-site playground and controlled entry access and 24 hour maintenance.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
