  • Are you familiar with this location? What is your opinion of it?

    • Monday, April 27, 2020

User Response: You would think this was the ghetto. Every apartment has problems with water so you have no control over the temperature because it goes from burning hot to freezing cold so that’s the first problem, bug infestation‘s and bedbugs, molds and air conditioners and mold that they paint over, door buzzer is to the building don’t work, they don’t always pay for trash pick up, they are never in the rental office, Maintenance does not do repairs so what do you see is what you get in and after you move in you will find more problems. You do not want to live here! Every old review that you see is true! These people are shady and they will live right through their teeth! Laundry rooms don’t have ventilation’s in the machines don’t work. No matter what temperature you put the washing machine on you never know what temperature the water is going to be and usually the dryers are broken so most everyone goes to laundromats. This place is absolutely disgusting. Huge mold problem where people have gotten sick that I personally know of and someone actually has toxic mold poisoning and I’ve heard of people that we’re only visiting that got mold poisoning plus good luck if you want your mail delivered or any outgoing mail and the place smells bad and a lot of drug dealers and the owners probably don’t even know about it because the management company is terrible and tenants get pissed off and do things like piss in vents and I have seen pool and the hallway walls plus the carpet in the hallway is so disgusting and dirty and they don’t even vacuum it let alone keep it clean. This place is nasty and you don’t you will regret living here! You will wish you never lived here. You are better off living in a homeless shelter and then living here. Also every tenant gets a eviction notice if they complain about mold or maintenance and no matter what you ask management in regards to all the reviews like this they will lie to you and tell you how great they are and they are lying and they’re never in the office. Slumlords! Don’t even call! Your life will be destroyed!
