      User Response: At least one year but, sometimes when there's a vacancy the list can go pretty fast because they've found other places to live or are no longer interested

    Only downside is that all the apts are one bed and roughly 500 sq ft. Langley ii has washer dryer hookup and feel bigger than langley i. Langley ii is more handicap accessible also.
