      User Response: None of the apartments are having hoods in the kitchen. There is no way the cooking air to go and my guess is they either come out of the apartment where others seniors are there with health issues. When pointed out abovet the discrepancy, they simply said no hoods. The property manager was trying to create fear saying that the residents spy on others. What kind of unit they manage god only knows.

      User Response: June 29, 2024 I drove around the property of Lakeview I saw a lot of dogs from Senior Building & apartments on the hill. Also the apartments on the hill are disgusting.

      User Response: Heat gas water and sewage. Tenant pays electric but rent is lowered from 30% to accommodate this bill.

      User Response: Yes, I am familiar with the apartment complex. OMG the apartments on the hill are disgusting. Almost every apartment the blinds are broken. The place looks awful, years ago it looed alot nicer, looks like a slum now.

      User Response: Grounds are clean, the buildings are older and look older but inside the apartments are decent. No complaints here
